Our un-holey vegan bagels are made from a modified traditional Montreal-style dough (egg is replaced with chia) with no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. The bagels are boiled in brown-sugar to add the perfect amount of sweetness. This un-holey bagel does not have a hole in the center. It is a unique way to taste the simple unseeded bagel bliss. Without seeds, the slightly sweet flavour brown sugar boiled crust really comes through.
