Our un-holey vegan bagels are made from a modified traditional Montreal-style dough (egg is replaced with chia) with no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. The bagels are boiled in brown-sugar to add the perfect amount of sweetness. This un-holey bagel does not have a hole in the center. It is a unique way to taste the savoury and slightly sweet perfect blend of crunch and chew. Completely coated with double toasted sesame and poppy seeds, this is our version of the "Everything" bagel.
