Job Description

Basic Job Duties - Day Bake

(hours range between 6am-5pm)

1. Production - including preparing ingredients, making, cutting, and rolling dough, slicing, spraying, seasoning and baking chips and other ancillary products, and otherwise assisting with production duties as directed.

2. Unloading and Organizing Supplies, Ingredients and Packaged Product - including loading/unloading delivery vehicles and transferring supplies, ingredients and packaged products between storage and work areas and into delivery vehicles.

3. Cleanup - including sweeping, and mopping floors, washing work surfaces, walls, fixtures, equipment and refrigerators, washing pots, pans and trays, disassembling and cleaning production equipment, and trashing-out into designated containers

Basic Job Duties - Night Bake (Night Bonus)

(hours range between 6:30pm-7:30am)

1. Production - including boiling, seeding, baking, and otherwise assisting with production duties as directed.

2. Unloading and Organizing Supplies, Ingredients and Packaged Product - including loading/unloading delivery vehicles and transferring supplies, ingredients and packaged products between storage and work areas.

3. Cleanup - including sweeping, and mopping floors, washing work surfaces, walls, equipment and refrigerators, washing pots, pans and trays, disassembling and cleaning production equipment, trashing-out into designated containers

Basic Job Duties - Pack-Up

(hours range between 4am-12pm)

1. Packing Product - including bagging, labeling, and crating.

2. Production - slicing, spraying, seasoning and baking chips and other ancillary products, and otherwise assisting with production/food service duties as directed.

3. Unloading and Organizing Supplies, Ingredients and Packaged Product - including loading/unloading delivery vehicles and transferring supplies, ingredients and packaged products between storage and work areas.

4. Cleanup - including sweeping, and mopping floors, washing work surfaces, walls, equipment and refrigerators, washing pots, pans and trays, disassembling and cleaning production equipment, trashing-out into designated containers
